Marlynn Kuharsky, a Licensed Professional Engineer (TX, PA) in Controls Systems, received a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Engineering (BSAE) with an emphasis in Electrical and Electronics from the University of Georgia in 1998. Mrs. Kuharsky is a member of ISA. Mrs. Kuharsky has worked for over 14 years in the nuclear industry with Areva, The Shaw Group (now CB&I) and DP Engineering. Prior to her entry into nuclear, she worked for Siemens Westinghouse Power Corporation (now Siemens Energy) as a Hardware Design Engineer and Factory Acceptance Test Lead for fossil plants. Mrs. Kuharsky spent 10 years in the Modifications group at Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant (CPNPP) for Areva, Shaw (CB&I) and DP, and had site design qualifications. Mrs. Kuharsky was the site Digital/I&C Modifications Supervisor for Shaw (CB&I) at CPNPP. In addition to that, she was the Responsible Engineer for several projects, including digital and cyber security upgrades. Mrs. Kuharsky joined DP Engineering in June of 2015 and has worked as the Lead Engineer on several Digital/Cyber upgrades for multiple utilities. Mrs. Kuharsky is the Digital/I&C Lead for DP Engineering, as well as a DP Certified Project Engineer, managing all technical, scheduling and quality assurance aspects of projects.
